With introduction on Exchange and Lync 2013, there are enhancements that help customers get most out of their load balancing solutions while reducing overall complexities.

Bhargav Shukla will present “Load balancing Exchange and Lync 2013 – What’s new, what has changed”. The topic provides deep insight into load balancing for Exchange and Lync 2013 and how it is different from previous versions of Exchange and Lync.

Monthly Meeting – March 2013

We are very happy to host our guest speaker – Brian Day.

Brian Day is a Program Manager on the Exchange Customer Adoption Team within the Exchange Server product group. Brian spends his time helping educate internal Microsoft resources, speaking at internal/external events, dealing with customer escalations at the PG level, and aids in the evolution of the product. If you haven’t figured our common theme yet, before joining Exchange Team, Brian was a PFE! Don’t we love our PFE friends? :)

Monthly Meeting – December 2012

Event Date: December 18, 2012 Speaker: Doug Deitterick

Lync 2013 was released along with other Office wave 15 products and just went GA. We decided to invite an authority when it comes to Lync from our beloved PFE community – Doug Deitterick.

Doug is one of the very few who holds prestigious MCM for both OCS 2007 R2 and Lync Server 2010. Having gone through Lync MCM myself, let me tell you it’s no easy achievement. And having both needs some courage.

Doug has been in IT for about 12 years and with Microsoft for 5. When not helping large enterprise deployments, he works on projects such as Lync/OCS templates for PAL, Archiving reports for OCS 2007 R2 and Lync Server 2010, sharing his knowledge with community via his blog and delivering Premier webcasts to Microsoft’s Premier customers.

Doug will be presenting What’s new in Lync 2013 and you will have chance to discuss your Lync/OCS questions with him and other attendees.

Monthly Meeting – November 2012

Building on great Exchange 2013 information that Ross Smith IV presented at our October meeting, we have decided to continue the momentum. Richard will be presenting Exchange 2013 CAS deep dive. While Richard is new to the group, he is no stranger to Exchange platform and being a Microsoft PFE, he brings wealth of information that we all can benefit from.

New Contributor–Richard Schwendiman

With recent changes and renewed momentum around User Group announcement we made in October, it was only matter of time before we see more involvement from members.

I am happy to announce Richard Schwendiman as a new contributor to our website. Richard has been working in IT industry for more than 13 years focusing on wide array of technologies. He represents Microsoft Premier as a dedicated PFE serving enterprise customers focusing on Unified Communications platform (Exchange and Lync).
